PUMPKIN SPICE YOGURT BOWL
Turn your everyday yogurt bowl into a warm, bakery-style treat with this Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Bowl. Creamy, lightly sweet, and layered with cozy fall flavor. The secret upgrade? NPG Whole Star Anise Seed, brewed gently to infuse a fragrant, naturally sweet licorice-and-herbal note that makes pumpkin spice taste deeper, smoother, and more aromatic.
Star anise is traditionally used to flavor soups, stews, braises, and iconic spice blends like Chinese 5 Spice and Vietnamese pho. In this recipe, we use it the same way you would use a bay leaf to infuse flavor, then remove it to create a subtle, elegant spiced “tea” that blends beautifully into pumpkin and yogurt.

Taste and add a little more infusion if you want a stronger aromatic note.
3) Assemble the bowl
-
Spoon the pumpkin yogurt mixture into a serving bowl.

Add toppings: granola, nuts, seeds, fruit, and anything cozy and crunchy.
-
Finish with a light drizzle of honey/maple syrup if desired.
