250–300g sushi-grade salmon or tuna, cubed
OR -
200g cooked shrimp (chilled)
OR -
200g firm tofu, cubed (vegan option)
Toppings (Mix & Match)
-
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
-
1/2 avocado, sliced
-
1/2 cup edamame
-
1 small carrot, shredded
-
1/2 cup seaweed salad (optional)

Pickled ginger (optional)
-
Nori strips (optional)
Finish
-
1–2 tbsp NPG Chopped Green Onions (to taste, shaken on top)
-
Extra NPG Premium Light Soy Sauce, for drizzling (optional)

Directions
1) Cook and prep the rice
Cook rice according to package directions. If you want sushi-style rice, mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Let it cool slightly (warm, not hot).
2) Make the marinade
In a bowl, whisk together NPG Premium Light Soy Sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar (or lemon juice), and optional honey/sugar. Add ginger, sesame seeds, and chili if desired.
3) Marinate the protein
Add your cubed salmon/tuna (or shrimp/tofu) to the marinade. Toss gently.
Let it sit for 8–12 minutes in the fridge for fresh flavor without over-marinating.
4) Assemble the bowls
Divide rice into two bowls. Arrange toppings around the bowl (cucumber, avocado, edamame, carrot, seaweed salad, etc.). Add the marinated protein in the center.
5) Finish and serve
Top generously with NPG Chopped Green Onions using the shake dispenser.
Optional: drizzle a tiny splash of NPG Premium Light Soy Sauce, add sesame seeds, nori strips, or chili oil.
Serve immediately.
