• Dry lily flowers are the secret ingredient that makes hot n sour soup, moo shu pork, and buddha's delight.
  
• Soak it in warm to moderately hot water for about 20 minutes, then wash with clean water. Do NOT over-soak or cook.
  
• Store in a cool dry place can last a long time. It comes in a double-sealed stand-up pouch.
